To create these ornaments, you engrave a name onto the bone part of the ornament. Then, take one of the bone shaped frames, and glue it on top to frame out the name. The name shown is just an example. This font is not included with the file. If you want to use this font, it’s called Copperplate and can be downloaded here:

The ornaments are sized at approximately 5 inches in height by 3.5 inches in width. But you can always resize them if you wish.
